Golf Shot Around The World is Tommorrow 11/22

GOLF SHOT IS TOMMORROW!!!! I am sooo excited about these guys because the pub for them is going as expected and I am hoping that it continues this way. The biggest debate seems to be on how far (or long) the ball will travel. According to NASA, who has approved of the event, they think the ball will travel for three days and according to E21 Golf, it will be for over 3 Years. What do you guys think will happen?

Here is the latest update. The Golf Channel segment went as planned on Saturday and it went well. The AP article ran today. Tommorrow: CNN Good Morning America and Cold Pizza (approx 10:30 am). Some major stations are also expected to pick up the footage on the golf shot and I am anxious to see who runs what. Cant wait. Here is what the AP article looks like.

e21 golf

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBFxRXziy44

Check this out, I think its really cool that the technology available now allows us to see something like this. This is unbelievable footage that was just shot from the International Space Station presented by E21 Golf featuring Cosmonaut Mikhail Tyurin who around November 20th, 2006 will attempt to hit a record-breaking golf shot in outer space. Tyurin in this clip is doing a demonstration of what will transpire on the 20th and its cool to see all the balls and clubs floating in the air. The volume is muted because Tyurin is speaking in Russian. Check it out and let me know what you guys think. Thanks,

New Guitar Trends

Hey,
Here is some information about new ways to play the guitar.

Do you dream of playing the guitar like Jimi Hendrix or Carlos Santana? Stop dreaming and make it a reality, with technology that can help teach you to play immediately.
For those of you who want to learn how to play without sheet music or theory, iPlayMusic - the simplest and easiest way to learn how to play the guitar- provides an inexpensive and time saving alternative to traditional music study. iPlayMusic interactive products provide a fun way to master guitar basics by sharing and remixing performances with either Garageband or Sony ACID (depending on whether you have a Mac or PC). You can even download the lessons on to your iPod, enabling you to learn anytime, anywhere – an exclusive iPlayMusic feature.
If you want to learn how to play using sheet music, Digital Music Notebook - a web-based service features an interactive guitar. On the website you can preview, purchase, download, and print learn-to-play music books and sheet music. The program will also assist you with finger positions using a virtual fretboard providing a more interactive learning experience that brings you one step closer to mastering the guitar.
Musician Companion enables you to learn how to play the guitar through your cell phone, regardless of the carrier, and saves you from carrying around bulky equipment such as a guitar chord library, metronome and pitch pipe. An essential tool for any guitar player, the chord reference includes over 1100 chord fingerings and actually plays each note. The fully functional metronome keeps the beat for you, and includes a beat finder that allows you to determine the tempo of a song. Finally, the pitch pipe allows you to tune your guitar to reference a standard pitch
